Session 1: Basecamp

  • This initial 1 hour session prepares you for the journey ahead. We will identify your unique strengths and values, craft your personal Health and Wellness Vision to serve as your compass, and gather the essential foundational data needed to propel you forward.

Sessions 2–5: The Trail

  • Our focus shifts to intentional action. By utilizing proven strategies for change, we will co-create realistic and achievable goals. Throughout the process we will evaluate your successes, adapting and refining your strategy as the terrain changes.

Sessions 6: The Outlook

  • In our final session, we focus on anchoring your progress and will discuss strategies needed for sustainability. Now it’s time to celebrate the miles you have traveled!

Session Length:

  • Foundation Session (Session 1) 60 Minutes

  • 5 Follow-Up Sessions (Sessions 2-6) 45 Minutes
