Weeks 1-2: Basecamp
We begin by identifying your unique strengths and values, crafting your personal Health and Wellness Vision to serve as your compass. Together we will map out the layers of complexity you face, and gather the foundational data needed to propel you toward that vision.
Weeks 3-9: The Trail
Our focus shifts to intentional action. In each session, you will choose an area of focus. By utilizing proven strategies for change, we will co-create realistic and achievable goals. Throughout the process, we will evaluate your successes, adapting and refining your strategies as the terrain changes.
Weeks 10-12: The Summit
In our final sessions, we focus on fine-tuning your plan. No road is without a few bumps, twists, and turns. High-stress triggers, occasional symptom flares or setbacks are a part of life. During this time, we will focus on these issues and discuss various strategies for long term sustainability. We will take time to celebrate how far you have come since starting at basecamp and how far you can go in any direction you choose!
