Sessions 3-7: The Trail

  • Our focus shifts to consistent, steady progress. In each session, you will choose an area of focus. We will co-create realistic, sustainable goals and continuously evaluate your successes, modifying your plan as the terrain changes.

Sessions 8-9: The Ridge

  • In our final two sessions, we focus on long-term sustainability. You will develop strategies to handle lifestyle disruptions and navigate challenges, empowering you to maintain your new found momentum. This is the time to celebrate how far you have already traveled!
